A freedom-fighter breaks into what he believes to be the Newsroom of the local TV station. His plan to bring attention to his cause is thwarted by the discovery that it is in fact the Weather studio. He encounters the Weather Girl and they strike up an unlikely friendship. Unfortunately his plans soon start to unravel – in the same way as the much-hated knitted ‘weather mascot’.
